RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Seneca Tank, Inc. (“Seneca”) if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please find out return policy below.
For special order items or items not customarily (now or in the future) in stock, all sales are final and no returns will be allowed except at the sole discretion of Seneca Tank, Inc. To request the return of products, you must call (515) 262-5900 or visiting http://www.senecatank.com/returns. You shall be responsible for any shipping costs for any permitted returns.
For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with the product or as detailed in the product's description on our Site.
For items we keep regularly stocked, we may accept a refund if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The order was shipped by us within the last sixty (60) days
- The purchased goods are returned in their original packaging and are in a new and unused state
- The purchased goods are not of a type to deteriorate, diminish, or expire
- The purchased goods may be returned and resold in compliance with all applicable law
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any purchased goods.
Returning Goods
All returns must be approved by an authorized representative of Seneca and accompanied with a document tracking record number (return id #) and return packing slip. Returns may be requested by calling (515) 262-5900 or going to http://www.senecatank.com/returns. Seneca is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping to Seneca.
Refund Process
If your return is accepted by us, we will refund your purchase price (reduced by any shipping & handling costs incurred with the order). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
